Hello Ann,
I am so excited to see your post and hope you are still at the address. I am doing genealogy on my companies founder, Elizabeth L. Dyas. She is the sister to and dght of your William G. Dyas in Chicago. She met her husband and married him in Chicago: Roger Hayne. They moved back to St Louis and were the founders of Bethesda Health system. They started with a kind of religious group of friends that started taking care of indegents/children in the 1880's and founded Bethesda in 1889. Through their bible groups, they connected with a lot of people, including many physicians, as her father and brother were physicians. Dr. Edward Watt Saunders joined them and the company grew into an actual hospital building in 1900. It took in mostly children and the "incurables". I have all sorts of info on deaths, burials etc... We now have 4 nursing homes and 5 senior living centers along with hospice and other services. I would love to hear more about these reunions and would love to come speak at one. I would love to hear more about other lines and more about theri life in Rathagan, Ire.
