As I have looked at your other posts, I see how you have confused the different John Dyal's, Georges and Williams. You have the wrong RS John Dyal. Here is some info:
2. THOMAS3 DYAL, JR. (THOMAS2, ISAAC MALCOLM1 DIAL) was born 1717 in Williamsburg, Craven County, North Carolina. He married CATHERINE MCGINNEY March 14, 1736/37. She was born 1721 in Craven County, North Carolina.

He married MARY TODD, daughter of JOHN TODD and MARY (WILLIAMS?). She was born Abt. 1757 in Liberty County, Georgia.
Notes for JOHN DYAL:
John Dyal, Revolutionary soldier, was born July 22, 1753 in Craven County, North Carolina. He married Mary Todd, daughter of Mary and John Todd of Saint Andrew Parish, Georgia in 1777.
He enlisted as a volunteer in the state of South Carolina during the Revolutionary War. He served as a private in Captain Moses Pearson's Company under the command of General Francis Marion. The state of South Carolina rewarded John Dyal with grants of land in South Carolina for his service in the Revolutionary War.
John Dyal died in 1817 and was buried on his plantation in Darlington County, South Carolina. His will was dated March 4, 1817 and was probated that same year.
To be a descendant of one or more of the men who fought under General Francis Marion is one of the most coveted military heritages in this country. Marion's men equipped themselves from their plantations and were neither paid nor provided payment by state authority. The untrained woodsman, Francis Marion, and his men took from the British the Pee Dee section of South Carolina, which was one-third of the state. They held the enemy off for one year before any other American forces came to their rescue.
