L.A. Dwinell Political Postcard

At an antiques shop in central Ohio, I found a charming piece of Dwinell family history. It seems that an illustrious ancestor of your had political aspirations, and I purchased a photo-card in which one L.A. Dwinell announced his candidacy for county attorney. The card also indicated that L.A. was a partner in the law firm of Clark & Dwinell.
The photo shows an earnest young Democrat in an 1890s (?) collar wearing wire-rim glasses. Unfortunately, there is no indication of where he was running for office. I hope a Dwinell descendant will rescue their earnest ancestor.
