I have the same information on Isaac on the Ohio census as one of your follow-ups. I have him possibly in Shelby Co., IN in 1840, Decatur Co.,IN in 1850.Joseph was also in Decatur Co. in 1850 and I believe John was there in 1840. Do you have Isaac and Malinda's children. I have a list, not positive on a couple of them and some information on some of them. Let me know if you would like it. My gg grandfather is the John Devall who I have been trying to connect with Isaac and Joseph for quite some time. Have also been trying to find who his parents were.Someone in the family told me once that John's mother's maiden name was Mann, but so far I have not come up with anything on that. There is also two more Devalls who may connect to these. Orman/Arman b c 1787-1792 MD on the 1860,1870,1880 Census Effingham Co.,IL with wife and children and Upton b c1804 MD on the 1860 Effingham Co.,IL Census with wife and children. Effingham Co adjoins Cumberland Co. Would be very interested in any information you might have on my John.
