hello dixie, the john duval of woodford co ky.is a line out of daniel duval of virginia. john of woodford co was 3 th . gen. from daniel I. daniel I-- daniel II-- john of woodford co. ky. is the linage. daniel I came to virginia from france about 1701. i have seen information linking john r. duvall 0f clark co. ky. to this line. but i thank it is wrong. the john duval living in woodford co. ky. 1820,1830, 1840, 1850, u.s.c. is probly the son fo john. of daniel II. as for john r. duvall. he was living very clost to william duvall. who died in 1818 in clark co. ky. and was adm. of his estate. william is out of the linage of mareen duvall of maryland. and probly john r. for now with regards, joe duvall
