Is anyone researching the Duvalls who may have lived in Pickens Co. region of SC during the early 1800s? I have reason to believe my great-great grandmother may have been part Cherokee and may have been the daughter of someone named Duvall. This is a long shot. Her name was Angeline Davis; her sister's name was Nancy Davis (supposedly an adopted name).
