Having city directories and old newspapers sure helps fill the void of the ill fated 1890 census.
I know I should be greatful that Quincy library had their old newspaper digitalized but if they could have just went up to five more years (for my own line) I'd have been estatic...but due to funding and the economy now days... it's not going to happen any time soon.
