I don't know and he didn't know which ones she sold them to. I would go to the closest one to you and talk with them(haven't tried the one here in Colorado Springs, although I did get a couple of pages with my parents' names on it from the President of the Maureen Duvall Society, who did have a copy). The LDS Library will make copies of a couple of pages, however, you have to know what pages you want and if you don't have access to the book, then you don't know what pages you need. Classic Catch 22.
