Hi Jody,
It's nice to say "Hi" to distant cousins. I'm new to genealogy (just started this summer), so my information may be faulty and subject to revision. As far as I can tell, Iva was the only child of David and Mary. I'll assume after Mary's death, David and Anna married. According to the 1900 census Anna L. was born March 1861, in Oregon. Her parents came from Missouri. david was working as a carpenter, and they had a servant, Mable J. Galbraith. Their children were:
Ralph M. b. Apr 1890
Ray L. b. Oct 1892
Grace b. Dec 1894
Dean M. b. Jun 1896
Guy b. Apr 1900
Their name was misspelled Devall. The family is counted in the 1910 census, but I can't find them as a family in the 1920 and 1930 censuses. There is a possible David Duvall listed in both, but no other family members. ? If you come up with any family stories, I'd love to hear them.
Happy ancestor hunting,
Arlynn
