Do you have further info on your Barbara?
I believe her to be a sister or cousin to my Mary Ann DeVAULT who married John SIX in Washington Co., VA Jan 17, 1787.
Was their father's name perhaps Abraham?
He appears in Tax Lists about that time living somewhat near John and Mary. Do you have info on Barbara after her marriage to LAYNE/LANE?
I'd be interested in hearing more, and
willing to share what little I have.
