In the book, Marriages and Deaths from the Maryland Gazette, are the following entries:
Dr. William Sands and Miss Charlotte Duvall, all of AA Co. were married Thurs, 31st ult. (Feb 7, 1828).
Mrs Charlotte Sands, consort of Dr. William Sands, of A.A. Co. died Thurs. 22nd ult. She leaves 5 small children, (June 13, 1839)
Sarah Elizabeth Sands, daughter of Dr. William Sands, of this county, died Friday last. (July 30, 1829)
I don't have anything specific to your Charlotte Duvall, except that undoubtedly, this Charlotte was her aunt. That would suggest AA Co. as a place to hunt.
