The problem with any alleged ancestry of Mareen Duvall is that there is no contemporary documentary proof. The lineages which you cite were done years ago before much importance was given to citing sources. To my knowledge there has been no
recent research to resolve the question. In fact the lineage you cite may have some merit, but note that they arise from St. Aubin in Normandy and there is also a school of thought that our Mareen came from Laval in Mayenne which was assumed by Harry Newman in his Duvall genealogy based upon the name of Mareen's first land grant.
