1. Elizabeth TURPIN. Born in 1793 in Virginia. Elizabeth died in Barren Co., KY abt 1855; she was 62.

Listed in 1850 Barren Co., KY Census (58 years of age) with William 21, Robert H. 22, Rowan 24 and Nancy 23.1

On 30 Dec 1812 when Elizabeth was 19, she first married Robert Kay DUVAL2, son of Joseph DUVAL & Elizabeth SHEPPARD, in Goochland, VA. Born on 24 May 1791 in Caroline Co., VA. Robert Kay died in Barren Co., KY in 1825; he was 33. Buried in Duval Cemetery, Barren Co., KY.2

On 26 May 1825 when Elizabeth was 32, she second married John GORIN, in Barren Co., Kentucky.
