If you have anything on the elusive Isaac would love to hear from you.

He was b. 8/23/1798 in ?? PA, d. 11/23/1857 in Cumberland County, IL. Married Malinda Rose,1/16/1823 in Athens Ohio. May have had brothers named John (1802-1886) and Joseph (b. 1804/05), both born in PA and died in Cumberland Co., buried in Hazel Dell cemetary with Isaac. There's also a Parry Devall, b. 1818 in MD, who may be a connection.
