Need info on Isom and Alice (Fletcher) Duty's family. Either side.

Isom and Alice(Fletcher) Duty in West Virginia. They had 4 children: Isaac, Tina, Lillian and Claude. Either Isom or Alice had ancestors who were the 2nd family to move to Williamson, West Virginia, where "Old Man" Williamson and his two sons helped build their home. Does any one have any information on this family? I am a Duty.
