As I recall, this book is available at the NSDAR library in Washington DC. Perhaps a fellow researcher can look up material in it or the librarian at NSDAR may copy pages for a fee. An index to the NSDAR holdings are online on their web page. You might also check the Allen Co. Ind genealogical Library for their holdings. They will copy pages for 25 cents each as I recall. Moreover and index of the the holdings of the Library of Congress genealogy and family history are listed on line as well. They also will copy material.
