However, the point of my reply to Alice was that Mrs. Strycker was not a Duryea.
Still, I would be very glad to have an opportunity to have your help in expanding the information I have thus far collected on your particular Duryea lineage. Thus far, I have gathered that your great grandfather, Lyman Harris Duryea was the son of Andrew(7) Jarvis Duryea and his second wife Amelia Harris:
Lyman(8) Harris Duryea, born 14 May 1866, Covington, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, died 7 September 1911, Eldred, Mckean County, Pennsylvania, married 4 September 1889 Minnie E. Chase, born 26 July 1869, Maine, Broome County, New York, living in 1913 at Eldred, Pennsylvania, daughter of Eugene B. Chase and Harriet E. Rockwell.
Their children (all born in Eldred, Pennsylvania):
Theodore(9) Duryea, born 20 May 1894, died that day.
Eloise(9) Duryea, born 13 February 1897, nothing further.
Genevieve(9) Duryea, born 23 March 1902, nothing further.
Andrew(9) J. Duryea, born 30 January 1909, died that day.
