I sent the following via e-mail but didn't get a response so I'll post it here.

Hi Noelene,

I'm not really connected to the Duries. I'm researching Winnifred Dowling.
She is the daughter of James Edward and Frances (Mitchell) Dowling. Frances
was my great grandmother's sister. I live in Southern California, USA. My
great grandmother, Mary Ann Mitchell, married James Augustus Forey, an
American Merchant Marine, who sailed to NSW and decided to stay. They were
married in 1877 in Sydney and had 9 children and then emigrated to the U.S.
in 1904. Would you have anything on James Dowling or Frances Mitchell?
I'd also very much like to know who Winnifred's children were and when and
where she died and was married. Would you happen to know any of her living
descendants?
