John and Jane Holder and the Durham children Yound Durham and Cinthia Durham moved to Paulding County, Georgia for the 1850 census.

Jane Hatch the third wife of John Durham received the 231 acres of land on Collins Creek in Orange County, North Carolina as her one third part of his estate settlement. John Durham Jr. had received the 231 acres of land as a grant from North Carolina entered 26 April 1784, surveyed 5 February 1785 and issued 10 July 1788.
