I'm not any kind of tech wizard, but instinctively I'd say maybe it was some kind of memory issue with your PC at that point in time due to previous activity or other active applications open. Maybe just start over, reboot your PC, don't open any other applications before doing this, then try again and see if it runs all the way to the end?
