Need help with Wylie R. Duren
Posted by: George O'Neil (ID *****4023) Date: June 21, 2004 at 02:16:50

Wylie was from Lancaster SC and during thewar between the states he joined Co. D, 7th regiment of Nelsons Brigrade. Wylie was wounded in 1864 and latter furloughed. Afterwards he became a farmer in Gills creek SC. He is my great-great-grandfather. My problem is that I am unable to locate who his parents were so as to tie his line of Durens in with the rest of the East coast Kin
