william's birth date may not be correct. he lied on his service papers in order to join the civil war. we have found 3 dates so far.
william john durant and julia are my gg-grandparents. romana and john hossan had a daughter named laura and i have an origional photo of her dressed in some sort of costume. she looks to be about 15 or so. i do not know much about romana herself. i know the names of her siblings and i know quite a bit about her father. i have a civil war photo of her father and of her maternal grandmother. also several of her siblings. e-mail me if you want more info or photos.
