Mike Miller posted many Biographies on the Iberville LA rootsweb site. One of them is about Valiere P. Dupuy, planter of Iberville LA. If you know about this planter or can get me in touch with Mike please respond.
My GGrandparents lived there in 1845-50. Thier daughter's baptisim was sponsored by Edmond Foley and Amelie Dupuy. I suspect that Amelie was a daughter of Valiere but can not find any family genealogy information.
