Jean-Baptiste Dupuis and Marie-Genevieve Bertrand were married at Ste. Madeleine de Rigaud on September 19, 1826. Their first child, Jean-Baptiste was born and baptized in the same parish on July 15, 1828, but I am unable to find any subsequent children nor deaths and burials for Jean-Baptiste and Marie-Genevieve.
Their son Jean-Baptiste married Marie "Mireille" Gémus in Buckingham, Québec on July 1, 1862. Where did the family go between the time of Jean-Baptiste's baptism in 1828 and his marriage in 1862? Were there other children born to Jean-Baptiste and Genevieve? Where? When? Who did they marry?
Finally, when did the couple pass away? Did either of them remarry having subsequent children?
