Trying to track down a story about a Dupont who was part of Lafayette's men during the Revolutionary War. Injured, Dupont sent for his 16 y.o. daughter in a French convent. She came to this country and married a man named Babcock. Their child was Temperance Babcock b. 1793. She married August Munger.
