I can't read French. My granddaughter is a French major in college, but she is not close by. Joseph Duplessis was born around 1780, d. 1811, married Celeste Lalande on April 21, 1800 in St. Louis, MO. He is the son of Joseph Duplessis and Victorie Migneron. Joseph and Celeste had a son Joseph born June 22, 1802 in St. Louis, MO. Son, Joseph (b. 1802)has no wife or children listed. An elderly relative gave me this information and I would say she got the information from the Catholic Church records, but she would never tell me where she got the records. She has since passed away.
