My son (sic) JAMES DAVID GRAVES land I purchased of BASSET STITH
Containing 287 acres provided his grandfather DAVID GRAVES should not
Give him property in the amount of $1,000.00 but if his sd grand father gives
Him such property my sd. Land to be sold and money to go to my sons (sic)
JAMES DAVID GRAVES and JOEPH JOHN BELL and daughters SARAH DU-
PREE, MARGARETT BELL (?) and MARY ANN BELL JOSEPH JOHN,
