HI Karen,
Don't give up - if they're anything like me they'll either be (im)patiently waiting for some response or ferreting away at some branch lines. Occasionally (like me recently) you get lucky and find a new lead which takes time to trace and does not involve this board. The rest of the time you lurk and hope.
