I've just found another unexpected Dunsmore link and am looking for parents/siblings.
JOHN DUNSMORE Gt Grandfather b 1842 - 1855
Spouse: SUSAN MCAUSLIN
Marriage: 12 JUL 1872 Rutherglen, Lanark, Scotland
Children David, Thomas, Alexander, Robert (Granddad) and John.
Any cousins out there?
