Dunsmores of Lochwinnoch, Renfrewshire.

My Great-Grandmother, Annie McCutcheon,(nee
Dunsmore) was born in the Renfrewshire village of Lochwinnoch in 1873. Her ancestors
had lived here since, at least, from the
beginning of the eighteenth century. Several
of the Dunsmores/Dinsmuirs are mentioned in
"The Cairn of Lochwinnoch", a 45 volume
collection of anecdotes and genealogies
written by the Reverend Andrew Crawfurd in
about 1837. Anyone related to or has
information kindly get in touch.
