oops, I forgot to add that I think it was written in 1691, again the writing is hard to read but I think it says:
In the name of God amen. The Fourth day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand sic (six?) hundred and ninety one (??,) I Hugh Dun of the Town of Piscataway in the Province of East Jersey being sick in body but of good and perfect.......
What is strange is that at the end of the document it is witnessed by George Drake and Edward Slater, Perth Amboy 10th December 1694. Not sure what to make of it.
