I have Varnell roots going from the 1700's to the present. I can not, however, find anything on my grandmother who was Susan Dunlap. I never knew her but she was always called "Aggie" by my father and aunts.
She would have been born, probably in North Georgia or East Tennessee in Oct. 1855. She married John Wilson Varnell, their first of 4 children was born in 1880. This info. comes from the 1900 Murray County Ga. Census records.
If you have anything to share on Susan or "Aggie" it would be much appreciated. I will gladly share what I have on her lineage after marrage to John W. Varnell, if you are interested.
