Not sure I understand your confusion. My findings show: (the following from George W Cleek written Feb. 1934)
Lt. William Warwick married Elizabeth Dunlap.
They were married abt. 1737. Elizabeths parents were Alexander Dunlap (b. 1696 d. 1744 which means he died shortly after his daughter got married) and Anne Mc Farland.
Alexander Dunlaps parents were (according to "The House Of Dunlop/Dunlap"...monster book)Alexander Dunlap Sr. and Antonia Brown.

Elizabeth Dunlap is a descendent of mine.
Can you fill me in on who the first Elizabeth is you are refering to that you think might be the sister of Alexander Dunlap?
