Do you have the Bible that your great-grandfather Ernest George BEYER brought to America in 1900? Do you know his date of arrival and port of entry? Did he come alone at age 15? Do you know his exact date and place of birth and the name of his mother? You should post the exact information in hopes that somebody can make a connection. People in Germany are much better researching in English than we Americans are in researching in German. :-)

I found BEYER in Davis, Tucker Co., WV, 1920 & 1930:

1920, BEYER, George, 36; Nora, 22; Robert, 3.

1930, BEYER, Ernest G., 45; Nora V., 32; Robert, 13; Elsie, 6; Gertrude, 5; Evaleigh, 4.

Pocahontas Co., WV, 1910, DICKSON, George E., 56; Willie, 21; Andy N., 19; Dice H., 17; Nora V., 13; Samuel K., 10; Georgia A., 7.

Have you found those relatives on the Social Security Death Index?
