Sarah, who d. 1763.In Jan. 1741, he conveyed 100 acres, "The Landing," to son-in-law / stepson Dutton LANE.In the deposition of 1732, he said he was about eleven when his father-in-law / stepfather John FERRY took up "Come by Chance."

Francis HUTCHINS, Margerett who m1. Nathan SMITH & m2. Thomas TENCH, & Grace who m. Benjamin SCRIVENER.Nathan SMITH & Margaret had one dau. Elizabeth who m. James RIGBY, both decd., by whom she had one son named Nathan RIGBY. Judith, who m2. Wm. PARKER of the Cliffs, Calvert Co.On 2 Dec. 1678, Wm. PARKER & wf. Judith sold to Samuell LANE, AA, physician, all except the part sold to Thos. PRATT.Samuell LANE deeded it 9 Dec. 1678 to Wm. PARKER, who died possessing it, and with sole heir, his sister Elizabeth, who had m. Henry BURBERFIELD.Henry & Elizabeth BURBERFIELD sold 200 acres to Job EVANS 21 May 1689.This indenture is for the remaining 300 acres.
Thus, it looks as if Margaret LANE was daughter of Dutton LANE & Pretitia TYDINGS.Dutton was son of Samuel LANE & Margaret [MAULDIN?].Pretitia was daughter of Richard TYDINGS.Do you have any more proof about these families?
