Dolores, I do have an Amanda Dungan listed in my tree, however I cannot connect her to any "Wilkins". My Amanda Jane Dungan was b.February 1846 in Division TWP, Pulaski Co., KY, daughter of John Dungan & Mary Bishop. Amanda d. July 7, 1918 in Fort Scott, Bourbon Co., KS and is buried there in the Lath Branch Cemetery. Amanda married Hiram Roy Proctor April 4, 1866 in Jefferson Co., KS and to this union were born a total of ten children. We believe that Amanda was previously married (or had a relationship) to a man with the surname of "Franklin" as she had a son named John Thomas Franklin who was concieved before Amanda's marriage to Hiram. John Thomas Franklin was born in the same year of Amanda & Hiram's marriage (1866).
