I am looking for the family of Ruth DUNAGAN (I've seen several spellings of this name. There are several records with the Spelling Dunningham, later recorded as Dunagan.)
She was born in Grayson County, VA in 1780. The family moved to Surry County, North Carolina, when Ruth was about 6 years old, where she lived for the rest of her life (d. June 02, 1861). On March 26, 1815 she married Thomas Bryant.
The couple had several children: Thomas Dean Bryant (b. 1816 - m. Nancy Jane Taylor December 7, 1842) Sarah Bryant (b. 1818 - m. William Dannelly on September 08, 1835) John M. Bryant (b. 1820) Mary Bryant (b. 1822 - m. Joel William Harrison on January 03, 1868).
