Thanks gals for writing. My head is kinda swimmy today & I can'tseem to concentrate as I should-but wanted to answer. I have nothing on the Stocktons. I am from the Julius Gardner Brown & Amaretta Nicholson line. Making me related to the Baldwin clan. My husband's mother's sister m. a Baldwin making me doubly related here in later years. I live eastern IA where the Browns & Baldwins ended up. Just recently gave Nicholson info to a descendant of the Rev Andrew Kirkpatrick-Nancy N. line. Have a copy of an 1842 letter written by Darcus Lee sister of Jesse D. Nicholson to Elizabeth Baldwin. She mentioned a Levi Dungan from PA who had come to see grandmother. (Who I gather was visiting Elizabeth and had been quite sick) Levi was then planning on going to IA with brother, William in the fall. I'm going to have to write this all down to figure it out.---Are we related?----I have on my Brown parchment, 6 generations back on the Dungan line. Names only. Do either have that to see if mine is correct? Jean
