Hi Paul,

I don't know if you remember me or not, but we were in touch with each other some time ago. I was wondering if there was a way to find out just what town/city in the County of Limerick my Grandfather had come from?

No one who is alive today and living in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin(the town where the Dundon's grew up in), is very interested in their Genealogy so it's up to me to do all the searching. I do know the name of the Roman Catholic Church/School they all attended. (St. Michael's)

I've written and received no reply as to Baptism, Confirmation,Marriage and/or Death certificates but received....nothing.

Maybe you could give me a little hint as to where I could write to gather this information and a way to find out where in Limerick Martin Dundon was born.

I know he married Catherine Kavanaugh from Tinahely, (in the Wicklow Mountain region) on May 18th, 1882. Martin's father was Patrick Dundon and Katherine's father was James Kavanaugh.

Any information you may send me will be well appreciated.

Thanks for your past help.
