Dave:
I am looking for the Irish connection for my great great grandparents from Tipperary. I don't know if they were from the city or somewhere in the county at large. Their names were Edmond Dundon and Mary Flannery (born c.1820-1830). I know Edmond had three brothers, Lawrence, John and Philip, and they all came to Louisville KY. Edmond married Mary Flannery also of Tipperary. There is no marriage record in KY, so they might have married in Ireland before coming across.
Since you have a Catherine Dundon in Tipperary about the same time, I wonder if there is ANY connection you know of?
Any information you have would be appreciated.
