I have the following;
James Duncanson m Magdalen Miln (or Mill), 27 Jul 1782 in Clackmannan.
Children;
Margaret (b 14 Jun 1783, Clackmannan),
Margaret (b 19 Oct 1787, Beath, m William Greig, d 1871), James (b 18 Feb 1790, Beath),
Helen (b 7 Jun 1792, Beath, m William Lawson),
Magdalen (b C1794, m Andrew Burton, d 1882).
I have an ancestor, Johan Duncanson from Beath who married William Arnot in Dunfermline in 1807. They had a daughter Magdalen in 1811. I'm trying to establish that Johan was another daughter of James & Magdalen but apart from the Beath link and the name Magdalen I have no firm proof. Any suggestions?
