Anna Lee Duncan, 83, of Sparta, TN, died Monday, August
31, 2009, at the Masters Care Center in Algood.
Miss Duncan was born July 14, 1926, in Greene Co TN, and
was a daughter of the late Joseph Alexander Duncan and
Mattie Belle Morgan Duncan.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Rena Little.
Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Lloyd
Eugene and Ethel Duncan of Sparta, TN; and two nephews,
Joe Michael Duncan of Sparta, TN, and Lamar Duncan of
Dalton, GA.
The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.,
Thursday, September 3, 2009, at Thurman Funeral Home,
44 N. Main St., Sparta, TN.
The funeral service will follow visitation at 5 p.m., in
the funeral home chapel. Brother Greg Keller will officiate.
A committal service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday
afternoon, September 5, 2009, in Liberty Cemetery in the
South Central community of Washington Co TN.
