William Dunbar
Had to leave Kentucky for 2 reasons.
First in 1831 in Breckingridge County
Kentucky there was an epidemic of
"Cow Colera" sp?
The second reason was his son Henry had
gotten into some trouble but that is a whole
other story.
Williamfirst was in Tazwell Co. Ill
along with the Reubin Bandy Family.
William posted a warrenty deed in Tazwell
Co. Ill.....
leaving all chattels to his oldest daughter
Rosanna he also left some land to his sons.
William lost his land in 1834 and moved to Knox County where he founded Lafayette Ill.
