According to a 1942 obituary of his son,
an A.D. DUNAWAY was living in Wichita, KS
with his daughter, Mrs P.C.CRANE. I have
been unable to find any descendants of this
family.

A.D. DUNAWAY was the 11th son of Aquilla
Dunaway, b. abt 1815 VA.
A.D. DUNAWAY and his wife Mary Catherine 'Kate' Wilson had the following children:
1. Marion S DUNAWAY, b. Sep 12, 1900 IA; m. Letha SAMPLEY. Lived DeWitt, IA
2. Lilly DUNAWAY, b. Oct 23, 1904; m. Henry CARLSON. Lived Ft Dodge, IA
3. Alvin D DUNAWAY, b. 1908 IA; d. May 31, 1942 Webster Co, IA; m. Martha M _____

Has anyone found any Dunaways in Arkansas?
