My dad (born in AL) always said that the Dunnaway's (2-n's) came from Georgia. Have you ever run across any that spell their last name with 2 n's??

My dad (Virgil Noah Dunnaway) was the son of James Tom Dunnaway and Minnie Ada/Ida Posey. He was the youngest child of 5 born to them. My dad was born in 1915 in Slocomb, AL, which is near Dothan and died in 1998.
