Dunaway family in Md, and Va,1600's

I am searching for the first Dunaway's that arrived here in the 1600's. I believe there was, John, Darby, and Stephen. Another is called Freeman Dunaway in a 1652 Northhumberland, VA document. I suspect that these Dunaway's arrived in or around Kent Island in what is now Maryland, around the 1640-60 time period. It was then believed to be Virginia. When a Lord Baltimore took it over in the 1640's many of these English immigrantes moved down into the Northern neck of Virginia. I am interested in any documents relating to any Dunaway's in these areas during these time periods. Please do not rule out even the remotest spellings. I am decended from John Dunaway who married Catheryn Ewes (Eyes) Daughter to Dennis Ewes and Hannah Abraham. He owned land at the head waters of the Great Wicomico River in the Northumberland County of the Northern Neck of Virginia in 1666. This family was close to the Tolson family too. I can provide some information on John Dunaway and his family for those interested.
