Deanie, I think we need to study the Dunaway's in Warren and Wilkes Co, GA. There are some deeds from Warren Co that are interesting. The first deed lists a John and Jonathan as grantor. Since Jonathan's age is estimated at 1775 or earlier this could well be him. The second deed involving John and an Edmund Dunaway, lists Jonathan and George among the adjacent land owners. It would be nice to learn more about the Dunaway's in Warren Co, GA especially the older John Dunaway.
