Looking for information to confirm the parentage of Alfred R. DUNAWAY. Alfred was born in 1839 and died at the age of 79 in Fleming County on 12 December 1919. Alfred was married to Abby O. Jones, Emma McKee
and Susanna Hazelrigg. He was the father of ten children (his son Thomas Henry DUNAWAY is our descendent). According to his death certificate his parents were Ben DUNAWAY and Margaret JORDAN. I can find NO record of this marriage. Seeking information on "Ben" DUNAWAY. I did find a marriage in Fleming
Co. between a Benjamin A. DUNAWAY and Jane JORDAN in 1829. Could this be one and the same?
