Dumesnil link missing around 1860

Please help if you have any info regarding the following.
Having completed the better part of my family tree, I am still blocked by a puzzle.
Edouard Dumesnil living in St Edouard de Napierreville in Québec married Marie Anne Raymond (Phébé) March 31st 1864. They had at least one son, Edouard.
I am looking for the wife of this Edouard, presumably Julie Lamontagne. I found no dates for marriages nor do I know where exactly they lived. Probably in southern Québec near the US border (Ormstown, Hinchinbrooke) or in northern NY or Vermont or even New Hampshire???
Any help is welcome.
Thanks./Merci.

Marc Dumesnil
