My gggrandfather was a Geo. Dull, b.09 Sept 1814, location unknown, m. Mahala Uptegrove 08 Nov. 1838, Lincoln Co. MO., d. 01 Jan. 1898 Montgomery Co., MO. Parents were Thomas & Hazel Dull (not proven).
I have in my possession a copy of a letter from Geo. T. Dull to his uncle Geo. Dull (my ggf) telling him to "direct his return letter" to Lewisville, So. (?) Forsyth Co., N.C. Geo. T. stated that he married the dau. of Eli Holder, Grandaughter of Jacob Binkley and that he had a sister Betie A. who married Jacob Black who lived in Yadkin Co. near West (Bern?) about 3 miles from him. He also stated that he had a brother Irvin, who lived in Yadkin and a bro. Henderson that lived about 150 yds from him. This letter was dated 03 Sept. 1882.
